Hangar for Graduation ceremony…
Around 1400+ people are expected to attend the Graduation ceremony on April 8th. The Atrium in ISB, though big, cannot accommodate such a huge number of people. There were rumours couple of months ago that the graduation day ceremony will be held at Gachibowli Football stadium. But many students were against the very idea of that. After all, what better way than getting that coveted paper within the confines of ISB…So, the powers that be in ISB decided to erect a huge Hangar to accommodate the event and the people. The construction of the structure is underway and is almost complete. The entire structure will be air-conditioned! Word is that the total expense related to this structure alone is around Rs. 15 lakhs…Fee paid by a single student…So, I can say “I am sponsoring the structure”

Awesome. Its like when we used to claim a pillar in our hospital in Nepal only cause we had paid good amounts of fees too.I guess not much difference in medics and MBA’s.

Hi,
I am a student of class of 2007 and I have been constantly reading your blog. No comments till date but it seems comments have been piled up for quite some time so I thought why not post them as your end term approaches.
1. Your ranking for the blog’s does not takes into account your blog. I agree somewhat with your ranking. The blog of Vijay’s Blog is no doubt good but thousands of people like me have added your blog in our favourites. Of course I read Vijay’s Blog but after opening your blog as a directory. So kudos for that.
2. Intelligent people like you should not get involved in futile discssions about placements. Let everyone wait for the actual statistics. You should neither accept of refute any claims as this is a tictics of media and competitors.
3. Thanks for being consistant blogger. This blog is the most active blog in the entire ISB spectrum and gives the future students like me a daily dose of life at ISB.

This Hangar makes Co2005 the last (n lucky) batch to have their graduation ceremony in Atrium. I feel special. Even more.
